DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Due to the nature of a fixed menu with many courses, it can be difficult for our team to accommodate particular dietary restrictions.
We can meet requests such as vegetarian or pescatarian with advance notice (not upon arrival), but combinations of restrictions (e.g., pescatarian AND no gluten) are difficult, and there are some specific ingredients we cannot completely exclude:
Soybeans or soy products (Our soy sauce contains trace amounts of wheat. We can exclude other forms of gluten.)
Gelatin, sugar, salt, vinegar
Cooked off alcohol (We can exclude raw alcohol.)
Alliums, mushrooms, seaweed in the form of stock or sauces (We can remove solid pieces.)
Mushrooms or alliums on vegetarian menus
Modified starches (i.e., corn, potato, water chestnut starch)
Chili peppers (There are small amounts in many of our preparations, but they don’t necessarily result in spiciness.)
If you have very severe allergies or a combination of several different restrictions, please email us to confirm whether we're able to safely modify your menu.
