RESERVE

Reservations are available online through Tock, and they are released at 10:00 am each day up to 30 days in advance. To use a gift certificate, email us at contact@benusf.com to make your reservation.

Please do not book a reservation that does not match your party size. We cannot reduce your reservation afterward.

Before booking, we kindly ask that you review our information about dietary restrictions and email us in advance to confirm whether we are able to accommodate your request.

LATE ARRIVALS

We can hold tables for up to 15 minutes, but cannot guarantee accommodation after then. Please let us know if your party is running behind.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance and we will issue a full refund. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24-72 hours of the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and within 24 hours will incur a 100% fee. Please note that the same policy also applies to any COVID-related cancellations. You are welcome to transfer your reservation to another guest at any time.

CHILD POLICY

Due to the length of the meal and quiet ambiance of the dining room, we do not allow young children unless they are able to partake in the full tasting menu. Many guests are celebrating a special occasion and look forward to a relaxing, uninterrupted evening. Thank you for understanding.
